Book your train ticket, dig out a trusty bike or simply use your legs to get to this fantastic local event in Winchester – the Winchester Beer and Cider Festival. We’re sponsors, along with The Flower Pots at Cheriton and the Guildhall itself.
This festival is organised wholly by volunteers of the Southern Hampshire branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) and the Winchester Guildhall promises once again to be filled with over a hundred different real ales, ciders, perries and foreign bottled beers. There are even tutored tastings for those that really want to learn a bit more.
There are some great bands playing – from Indie to Brass to Northern Soul, so there really is something for everyone. And, of course, solid food fare to aid the beer drinking, available all day.
The times are below; look forward to seeing you there!
